Our partnerships and collaborations
mdeducational foundation is a charity that provides support to students in schools across the UK and Ireland.
The support we get from our partnerships and collaborations allow us to reach more schools across the UK and Ireland and support more post-16 students with their wellbeing. Together with our partnerships and collaborations we share the same values and aim for a brighter future for our young people.
Children & Young People’s Mental Health Coalition
mdeducational foundation is delighted to join as members of the Children & Young People’s Mental Health Coalition, a group of charities working together to drive for wellbeing of children and young people.
Working together with CYPMHC, mdeducational foundation has the opportunity to join the group of leading charities that jointly push for change and raise their voice on the ongoing wellbeing issues of children and young people.
Childline
mdeducational foundation is thrilled to collaborate with Childline, a free, private and confidential service for anyone under 19 in the UK – they can talk to Childline about any issue they’re going through.
Our collaboration with Childline provides mdeducational foundation with high-quality resources that help our Wellbeing Leads to support young people’s wellbeing – these resources can be meetings, resource papers or different sessions with the Wellbeing Leads.

PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide
mdeducational foundation is delighted to collaborate with PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide; a leading charity dedicated to the prevention of suicide and the promotion of positive mental health and emotional wellbeing in young people.
PAPYRUS exists to reduce the number of young people who take their own lives by shattering the stigma surrounding suicide and equipping young people and their communities with the skills to recognise and respond to emotional distress. PAPYRUS believes that no young person should have to struggle alone with thoughts of suicide.
Our collaboration with PAPYRUS will provide mdeducational foundation with resources that help our Wellbeing Leads in the promotion of positive mental health and overall wellbeing for students. This includes suicide prevention training and access to debrief services for the schools we work with.
PAPYRUS offers a helpline called HOPELINE247; a free and confidential call, text, email and webchat service, which is available 24/7, every day of the year. HOPELINE247 is staffed by trained suicide prevention advisers to help keep young people safe from suicide.

Ulster University
mdeducational foundation is thrilled to partner with Ulster University, a university in Northern Ireland with a national and international reputation for excellence, innovation and research.
Our partnership with the university provides mdeducational foundation with excellent tools and resources for research and innovation to continue our journey prioritising student wellbeing. This will help us further develop and improve our wellbeing curriculum and support our approach to normalising student psychological fitness and resilience through guidance and early intervention.
We’re proud to provide funding for one of the schools, St Mary’s College, that has been participating in research with Ulster University. Students from this school will present at the Second International Digital Mental Health and Wellbeing Conference on 19th June 2024, a conference showcasing digital innovation in mental health interventions, e.g. mental healthcare apps and web apps to support a person’s mental health and wellbeing.
mdeducational foundation will be joining this international gathering to share insights into our coproduction work with 16-18-year-olds. Putting young people at the centre of our wellbeing programme. mdeducational foundation is also delighted to attend and exhibit at this event.
Pneuma Healthcare
mdeducational foundation is delighted to partner with Pneuma Healthcare, an organisation prioritising staff wellbeing, motivation and development while highlighting the importance of evidence-based practice and embracing the opportunities of digital innovation and invention in mental health.
Working together with Pneuma Healthcare opens doors for mdeducational foundation to learn more about digital mental health and effective solutions when prioritising wellbeing. Young people live in an increasingly digital world. With support from Pneuma Healthcare, we can explore options to implement and improve our digital solutions as we put the spotlight on student wellbeing.
